Time to reflect early.... I have had a loss, yes. I know I can do better though and I want the next 2 days to serve as a LAST CHANCE TRAINING session. I have set the alarm to exercise an extra 15 mins both days and will wear the HRM to measure the incidental stuff. My nutrition has been about 70% and I want that at 90%. A morning tea shout at work meant I gave in a little. An ice-cream today at Movie World and a pack of M&Ms today.... oops. Lucky I had no cheat meal then!
So.... the next 2 days I will go intense and hope to get under that 84kg mark come Wednesday weigh in!!!!

Putting it all out there
Day before I start Michelle Bridges 12 WBT. I have been here before and I quit. No excuses. I just did. This time is different!
I have weighed in at 86.3, which is 2kg more than before xmas, so I am heading in the wrong direction. The 1WBT is going to redirect me for sure. Measured up today and am going to get the Courier Mail today and do that ugly shot. I want to lose as much weight as possible and get my tummy tuck this year.
I have uploaded my music, measured up and committed myself. Now I just need to check my exercise diary, find my HR monitor strap, food shop and take THAT pic. I am apprehensive, yet eager to start. Did I mention that:
I need to burn at least 500cals 6 days a week??
